We locate undervalued multifamily properties in the Southeast that need improved operations and renovations. After acquiring the property, we implement our value-add strategy by rebranding, renovating, and repositioning the asset to enhance our tenants' quality of life. This, in turn, dramatically increases the value of the property while also producing predictable monthly income, with favorable tax treatment, for our investors!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
INVEST
We identify quality properties to purchase with you! We handle the acquisition process, property management, implement the value-add business plan and even sign the loan, so you don't have to!
HOLD
The properties are typically held for 3-7 years before selling. We frequently communicate with investors during the hold period and distribute rental proceeds regularly based on your ownership percentage.
PROFIT
We sell the properties at the end of the hold period or earlier if there is a hot market! The original investment and profits are distributed to investors, and the process starts again! Of course, we love our repeat investors and frequently provide 1031 opportunities to minimize their tax burdens!
