Mark focuses on banking, deal structures, and financial modeling. Mark is also a Member of Catoctin Overlook and Head of Production and Chief Operating Officer of Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, one of the nation’s largest Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA multifamily lenders.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mark held senior executive positions with Red Mortgage Capital and Banc One Capital Funding.
With over 30 years of experience in financing apartment and healthcare facilities with the GSEs and HUD, Mark has served as Chair of the Fannie Mae DUS Advisory Council, Chair of the MBA’s Multifamily Council, Chair of the MBA’s Multifamily Steering Committee and Vice-Chair of the MBA’s Task Force on Affordable Housing.
Mark earned an engineering degree from Princeton University and a master’s degree in business administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
