TRICIA BEISLER

Development Advisor & Partner

Tricia Beisler advises Mentis Capital Partners on construction, development, financing, and property management services.
Tricia also works as President and Managing Member of Catoctin Overlook where she manages the daily operations. Tricia leads the acquisition search and evaluation process, contract negotiation, closing, rehabilitation, contractor management, rental, property management, and disposition activities. In addition, she has managed the successful rezoning and historic reviews for the firm’s properties located in the historic downtowns of Leesburg, VA, and Frederick, MD, adding significant value to each property.
Formed in 2007, Catoctin Overlook acquires and develops multifamily and single-family rentals in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The firm actively seeks out underperforming properties and executes a plan to maximize value creation, while remaining focused on the adaptive reuse of distressed real estate and revitalizing the neighboring community.
Catoctin Overlook was the original purchaser of the abandoned Coca-Cola Bottling Plant in Frederick, renamed as The Bottling Plant on North Market Street. The firm successfully achieved the rezoning of the property from industrial to mixed use, permitting the new construction of 86 apartments and re-development of the original offices for 9,400 SF of commercial space without the constraints of a historic overlay. The Bottling Plant opened in January 2020.
A native of Salisbury and a 1985 graduate of Parkside High school, Tricia earned her bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.
