INVEST

We identify quality properties to purchase with you! We handle the acquisition process, property management, implement the value-add business plan, sign on the loan.

HOLD

The properties are typically held for 3-7 years before selling. We frequently communicate with investors during the hold period and distribute rental proceeds regularly based on your ownership percentage.

PROFIT

We sell the properties at the end of the hold period or earlier if there is a hot market! The original investment and profits are distributed to investors.
