The Ross is a 14-story, ground-up student housing high-rise located in the heart of Downtown Salisbury, Maryland. The building includes 101 urban-style units with a total of 358 bedrooms, and offers best-in-class amenities. Situated in an Opportunity Zone, the project was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic and delivered in 2023. Today, it provides a premier downtown living experience for both university students and young professionals.

University Orchard

University Orchard is a 201-unit, 648-bed student housing community in Salisbury, MD, acquired in November 2024. Since the acquisition, we have replaced the roofs, upgraded amenities, renovated the clubhouse, expanded the pool area, and streamlined operations to enhance the property.

Hampton East is a 126-unit apartment community Located in the Marshall Heights neighborhood of Washington, DC in close proximity to the city. This community is situated near the Capitol Heights Neighborhood Park and the Maya Angelou Public Charter School.

Decatur Lofts is a 76-unit multifamily community located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The Southeast DeKalb submarket is one of Atlanta's top submarkets for rent growth and is located convenient to Southeast Atlanta's major economic drivers. Mentis Capital Partners and our JV Partners have successfully implemented an extensive interior renovation program and improvements to the grounds. The renovation program has resulted in strong a strong upward trend in collections.
